Perfect for lamb or vegetables, it creates a rich, intensely flavoursome sauce with a signature red hue, balancing earthy warmth with aromatic depth. Whether you're recreating a traditional feast or experimenting with your own twist, this blend delivers bold, authentic flavour in every bite.
*rattan jyoth is a true old school ingredient. It’s rarely used anymore, it’s tricky to source and more costly than the red food colouring that has commonly replaced it!
