1 – you can return anything you buy from us for any reason for a full refund

2 – we will never share your details with anyone (apart from giving the postman your address!)

3 – payments are processed through Global Payments of PayPal, whichever you choose, for your security and peace of mind

Your complete satisfaction with us and your enjoyment of our products is what drives us on. Please feel free to contact us with any comments, questions, ideas, concerns – in fact, for anything at all!

The Green Saffron Guarantee:

It is important to us that you love the products we send you. If you don’t, just get in touch and let us know why. We will then either send out a totally free replacement or arrange a refund of the purchase price of the item(s) plus postage within 14 days of your complaint. We may ask you to return the products you haven’t enjoyed, if relevant, and will cover any postage costs incurred. This guarantee lasts until the use by date.

When you place an order:

You can place an order with us over the phone or through the website. Payment can be made by credit card, cheque – orders will be processed once your cheque has cleared, or cash in person at our unit in Midleton or one of our farmers’ market stalls.

It is possible that we won’t be able to accept your order, or part of it, for the following reasons:

  • Your payment failed
  • We made a pricing or product description error. If this is the case we will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • We are out of stock of an item but the website indicated otherwise. In this case we will contact you to see if you wish to wait until the item is back in stock, substitute the item, or remove the item from your order.
  • You are requesting delivery to a country that will not accept deliveries of spices.

Cancellation:

You can change your mind about an order and cancel it for any reason. Contact us and let us know your desire to cancel and return the goods within 14 days. We will refund you the full cost of the returned items together with any postage costs incurred within 14 days of us receiving them.

International Orders:

Regulations concerning the import of agricultural produce into every country are liable to change. We try to keep abreast of this information but accept we may not always know the exact regulations of every country at any one time. We would suggest that you make yourself aware of any restrictions and taxes that you may be subject to before placing an order.

Delivery & Delivery Charges

We mill our spices freshly so that you can enjoy them at their best. Your order may, therefore, take up to three days to process before we send it out. If you’re having a spice emergency and need the spices sooner, please call us and we’ll do our best to help.

Data Protection & Privacy

Your privacy is imperative. Any details that you share with us will never be passed onto any third party for any reason. The sole exception to this is sharing your address with the relevant delivery service.

In order to provide you with the highest level of service, we collect information from you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and store it securely.

We do not store your credit card details, or have access to them, at any time. We will not email you unless you have opted in to our newsletter service. You can opt out of this service at any time – simply follow the instructions that are contained within every email we send out.
