Watch Arun on Ch4's show 'Cookery School'

Arun’s recent guest appearance on Richard Corrigan’s brilliant new series ‘Cookery School’ was very hotly anticipated.
He puts the contestants through their paces, teaching spice cooking techniques and demonstrating two recipes. One is an Indian dish, the other a modern spice twist on a classic British pot roast and accompaniments combination.
