How to Prepare this Masala Gosht
1 Heat the ghee or butter in a large saucepan on medium.
2 Add ‘Masala Gosht’ pack and fry for 2 mins.
3 Add sliced onions - fry ’til golden.
4 Stir in and fry garlic & ginger.
5 Add the lamb (cubed) - fry for15 mins.
6 Add the yoghurt. Simmer on low heat (lid on). Cook
approx 1hr 20 mins.
7 Sprinkle with ‘Garam Masala’ pack, arrange chillies over
the cooked meat, cover the pan and cook for a couple
more minutes.
8 Serve with mounds of Indian Basmati rice and riata or
Indian breads.
Alternative suggestions:
Try replacing the lamb with 2lbs of chicken breast. Cut into mouth sized pieces, but remember to only cook it for about 30 minutes otherwise the chicken will be tough.

Note:
Ghee is an Indian butter. You can simply use butter or vegetable oil instead.
