Mild Curry Sauce spice mix

Quick recipe suggestion:

Grate some garlic and ginger into a bowl to your taste, maybe 4 cloves garlic and 90g ginger. Add this sachet, 200ml of cream (or coconut milk), 400ml of chicken stock, a *kilo of trimmed stewing lamb or beef and leave in your fridge to marinate overnight. Next day, pour everything into a large saucepan, place on a medium heat, bring up to a bubble then allow to simmer gently for a couple of hours until the meat’s really tender. Squeeze in some lime juice, sprinkle on some toasted almonds and fresh coriander, take to table and serve with either rice, potatoes, pasta, couscous or wedges of crusty bread!


*Change the meat for chicken, shellfish or veggies. Just make sure whatever you use, it’s cooked through; stay happy, healthy, fit and full!
